Raul founded Mangutax in 2009 while working in the taxation field when he realized that there was a need for bringing tax preparation and business services to the doorsteps of individuals and small businesses.  Since then with Mangutax’s Mobile Service, Raul has helped many working families and small business owners fulfill their tax obligations without having to rearrange their lives or workday.

Raul has years of income tax experience from working as a tax professional as an Enrolled Agent certified to practice before the Internal Revenue Service,  a Certified Acceptance Agent helping taxpayers obtain ITIN numbers and is also Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Notary Public.
